Overview

As a Client Operations Coordinator at Creative Abundance, you will act as the bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and organization throughout the project lifecycle.

In Short

  • Support client meetings by capturing agendas and action items.
  • Maintain task boards and track progress using Trello.
  • Draft updates and gather approvals for client communications.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure they have necessary resources.
  • Verify quality and completeness of work before handoffs.
  • Assist in running weekly standups and provide progress summaries.
  • 2+ years in client-facing coordination or similar roles.
  • Outstanding organization and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Familiarity with social media and video workflows is a plus.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in a client-facing coordination or PM-adjacent role.
  • Outstanding organization and follow-through skills.
  • Clear written and verbal communication in English.
  • Comfortable driving prioritization across multiple stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience with Trello and Slack.
  • Ability to work 8:30am–5:30pm EST consistently.
