• Location: Remote
• Full-time | 12 month max-term
• Rate: $43 p/h
• Support families with developmental delays or disabilities.
• First point of contact for families entering the Early Childhood Approach.
• Respond to new referrals and book appointments.
• Provide culturally safe and trauma-informed interactions.
• Record interactions accurately in relevant systems.
• Empower families with informed choices.
• Refer families to appropriate services.

Requirements

• Experience in intake or early intervention roles.
• Strong understanding of child development and disability.
• Exceptional time management skills.
• High-level communication skills.
• Resilience and emotional intelligence.
• Advanced computer literacy.
• Tertiary qualification in education or social work.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Lived experience of disability is highly regarded.
