This is a new and exciting opportunity to be part of our Mental Health, Alcohol & Other Drugs & Suicide Prevention service in Queensland. The Senior Stepped Care Coordinator will play a crucial role in shaping the integrated, person-centred care across Central Queensland, Wide Bay, and the Sunshine Coast.

• Offices located at Rockhampton, Hervey Bay, Emerald, and Gympie.
• Hybrid / Remote working conditions.
• Salary: $107,000 - $111,000 pa + Super + Not-for-Profit Salary Packaging.
• Leadership and oversight of a small team of Stepped Care Coordinators.
• Support care planning and transitions.
• Build relationships with hub partners and service pathways.
• Collaborate with the Better Connect lived experience team.
• Provide training and support in screening and assessing complex clients.
• Conduct audits and submit reports for quality assurance.

Requirements

• Tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Health, or Welfare related sector.
• Expertise in Mental Health & AOD.
• Experience in leadership and clinical governance.
• Commitment to cultural safety and trauma-informed care.
• Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Current state-based driver’s license.
