Requirements

• Experience in mental health, AOD, or suicide prevention services
• Skills in designing and delivering clinical training
• Background in providing clinical supervision
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
• Experience in regional and remote communities is valued
• Cultural competence, especially with Indigenous communities
• Familiarity with clinical governance frameworks
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Mental Health or related field
• Postgraduate qualifications in Clinical Education (desirable)
