Clinical Educator - Remote

Overview

The Clinical Educator will be responsible for creating and maintaining comprehensive training resources, managing the Learning Management System (LMS), and developing both onboarding and ongoing training programs.

• Develop high-quality educational materials including manuals and e-learning modules.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy.
• Regularly review and update training materials to reflect current practices.
• Administer the Learning Management System including course setup and tracking.
• Design comprehensive onboarding programs for new clinical staff.
• Lead and coordinate onboarding sessions, both in-person and virtual.
• Develop a long-term plan for continuous education and professional development.
• Implement recurring training programs to address knowledge gaps.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Education, or related field.
• 2–3 years in clinical practice or relevant healthcare role.
• 1–2 years of experience in training or instructional design.
• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems and e-learning tools.
• Strong technical computer skills (Asana, Loom, Google Workspace).
• Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Current RN or other clinical license preferred.
