The Clinical Educator will shape the learning and development journey of Better Connect’s clinical workforce, delivering high-impact training for professionals in the mental health sector.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in mental health, AOD, or suicide prevention services
• Experience designing and delivering clinical training
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders
• Cultural competence, especially in working with Indigenous communities
• Familiarity with clinical governance frameworks
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Mental Health Nursing, Allied Health, Psychology, or similar
• Current state-based driver’s licence
