Clinical Product Educator - Remote

Overview

The Clinical Product Educator will provide clinical initiations to customers on the Omnipod insulin management system, supporting territories with high clinical demand through virtual training.

In Short

• Conduct virtual customer training for the Omnipod System.
• Assist with device setup and educate on long-term use.
• Support customer care team with escalated cases.
• Proactively communicate training availability.
• Document customer interactions in Salesforce.
• Promote benefits of insulin pump therapy.
• Work with Product Support and Clinical Business.
• Flexible hours may be required.
• Home-based role with potential hybrid arrangements.
• One year fixed term contract.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2+ years of clinical training experience.
• Professional credentials: CDE, RD, or RN.
• Experience with group training preferred.
• Knowledge of continuous glucose monitors.
• Bilingual: English / French is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• High proficiency with virtual communication tools.
