Overview

The Privacy Manager Operations role focuses on ensuring that personal information is protected and processed according to customer and regulatory expectations within Insulet's global privacy program.

• Manage and improve Insulet's global privacy program.
• Handle Data Subject Requests in collaboration with IT and HR.
• Perform privacy reviews for processing activities, vendors, and applications.
• Support the implementation of the privacy maturity plan.
• Act as a reliable business partner for various departments on privacy matters.
• Monitor privacy incidents and provide guidance on response steps.
• Develop privacy documents, policies, and procedures.
• Communicate complex privacy topics effectively.
• Work independently on complex privacy-related topics.
• Collaborate with global teams and motivate others on privacy principles.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Privacy Law, or related field preferred.
• Professional Privacy Certification (e.g., CIPP, CIPM) preferred.
• 5+ years of privacy experience in a regulated industry preferred.
• Experience with privacy tooling, such as OneTrust.
• Good knowledge of privacy principles and data protection regulations.
• Ability to learn new technologies and assess privacy implications.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
