Overview

As an Inside Sales Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving our patient-centric mission forward by creating a culture of collaboration aimed at simplifying life for people managing their diabetes.

In Short

  • Manage the patient onboarding process for the OmniPod system.
  • Collaborate with field sales and internal teams to enhance patient experience.
  • Communicate insurance benefit guidelines and assist with informed decision-making.
  • Track patient progress and document actions taken.
  • Provide comprehensive product knowledge to address customer inquiries.
  • Engage with customers to drive patient adoption of the Omnipod system.
  • Collaborate with pharmacy representatives to ensure proper delivery of products.
  • Seek opportunities for process improvement within the sales operations.
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Work with technology such as CRM systems and MS Office.

Requirements

  • Minimum Associate’s Degree.
  • 1+ years of sales experience in B2B/B2C or related fields.
  • Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.
  • Preferred Bachelor’s degree.
  • Knowledge of managed care industry and experience with Salesforce.
  • Understanding of insulin pumps and glucose monitors.
  • Ability to work remotely with minimal business travel.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset.
  • Proficiency in using technology for sales management.
