Overview

The Inside Sales Specialist is responsible for selling the twiist portfolio of products to customers with a consultative approach and collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners to provide the best possible customer experience.

In Short

  • Promote and sell Sequel’s product portfolio to meet business development goals.
  • Collaborate with Territory Business Leaders and Clinical Diabetes Specialists.
  • Make outbound sales calls to interested customers.
  • Manage incoming calls and customer inquiries.
  • Assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Communicate product benefits and pharmacy benefits to customers.
  • Manage customer communication throughout their product journey.
  • Document and enter data in Salesforce.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive products.
  • Coordinate with field teams and customers for effective onboarding.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ years of successful sales experience in related fields.
  • Sales experience in a medical or health-related environment preferred.
  • Knowledge of diabetes and experience supporting customers with diabetes preferred.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM preferred.
  • Demonstrates persistence and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Position remotely based, with occasional travel required.
