Overview

The Inside Sales Specialist at AdaptHealth is responsible for ensuring continuity between patients, clinics, and home settings to maximize patient satisfaction and increase sales and revenue.

• Manage high volumes of outbound calls in a fast-paced environment
• Generate referrals through various sales and marketing sources
• Develop long-term relationships with patients and clinics
• Partner with marketing to enhance educational literature
• Process supply program orders accurately and timely
• Obtain insurance authorizations and discuss coverage guidelines
• Assist patients with insurance questions and payment arrangements
• Maintain knowledge of billing and reimbursement guidelines
• Prioritize urgent orders and validate necessary documentation
• Contribute to team problem-solving and decision-making

Requirements

• High School Diploma required; Associate Degree preferred
• 1 year of experience in healthcare, administrative, or customer service roles
• B2B or B2C Sales experience preferred
