Overview

As the Senior Product Manager, Talkdesk, you will shape how our contact center experiences support patients, healthcare professionals, and partners, focusing on operational excellence and customer experience.

In Short

• Own the Talkdesk product vision and roadmap.
• Prioritize features based on business needs and customer impact.
• Partner with business teams to gather and validate requirements.
• Oversee delivery of Talkdesk enhancements using Agile methods.
• Serve as the primary liaison with Talkdesk account and support teams.
• Lead change management initiatives and user adoption strategies.
• Deliver demos, training, and presentations as needed.
• 7+ years of experience in enterprise product management.
• 2+ years of experience managing a CCaaS platform.
• Strong understanding of customer experience workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
• 7+ years of professional experience in product management.
• 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience with Talkdesk, Genesys, NICE, or Five9.
• Expertise in SaaS platform strategy and Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and data privacy.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional relationships.
• Ability to travel a few times a year to the Manchester, NH office.
