• RunPod’s Product team is looking for extraordinary leaders with deep commitment to developer experience (DX) to build the industry’s most powerful and seamless AI cloud.
• The Senior Product Manager will create and drive the roadmap for our dashboard UI.
• Accountable for ongoing innovation over top revenue-driving products like pods and serverless.
• Engage with customers to deeply understand their needs to inform strategy and roadmap.
• Be an expert in AI market trends and communicate expertise internally and externally.
• Develop and execute a clear product strategy and roadmap.
• Maintain a well-curated backlog and lead agile ceremonies.
• Collaborate with UX/UI teams to improve product design.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Success teams for go-to-market enablement.
• Engage with the developer community to enhance product visibility.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in Product Management focused on developer platforms.
• Prior experience as a professional software engineer.
• Experience with agile software development processes.
• Demonstrated experience with AI and ML strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote-first environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Successful completion of a background check.
