In Short

• Drive product development and implementation aligned with customer needs and business objectives.
• Define and prioritize product features and create product roadmaps.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback and conduct market research.
• Monitor product performance metrics (KPIs) for data-driven decisions.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Manage the product backlog and contribute to Agile methodologies.
• Communicate product vision and strategy to stakeholders.
• Act as a primary point of contact for stakeholders.
• Define and track KPIs to measure product success.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strategic thinking to understand market trends.
• Solid understanding of technology and software development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of business principles and revenue models.
• Experience with prototyping and user-centered design.
