Senior Product Manager - Remote

Overview

Acorns is seeking a strategic, customer-obsessed Senior Product Manager to drive new subscriber growth. This role will own the Onboarding experience for new customers, delivering both innovative and incremental solutions to help everyday Americans get set up to save and invest.

In Short

• Own the new customer onboarding roadmap from visitor to paid subscriber.
• Run rapid experimentation loops and A/B tests to improve conversion rates.
• Champion a customer-first mindset in product design.
• Leverage customer insights and behavioral data for product decisions.
• Partner with Growth Marketing on growth strategy and KPIs.
• Collaborate with Finance to model business impact.
• Work closely with Analytics to uncover growth opportunities.
• Build relationships cross-functionally to drive initiatives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product management, ideally in growth roles.
• Strong background in funnel optimization and growth experimentation.
• Deep customer empathy and experience with behavioral economics.
• Proven ability to manage ambiguity and prioritize for impact.
• Data-driven decision-maker with analytics experience.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Fintech experience is a plus.
• A hunger to build impactful products.
