Overview

Acorns is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Series 66 and 7 licensed Registered Representative to join our dynamic Investment Operations team, ensuring the integrity and efficiency of investment transactions.

In Short

• Manage the full lifecycle of investment-related customer support.
• Support age of transfer requests and funding source changes.
• Handle specialized processes including levies and wire payments.
• Execute individual trade orders and assist in payment resolution.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders for ongoing operations.
• Coordinate with IRA custodian for audits and reconciliations.
• Monitor and respond to operational incidents.
• Review accuracy of customer 1099 forms.
• Enhance email macros and SOPs for efficiency.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements.

Requirements

• FINRA SIE, Series 66, 7 license or will obtain within 6 months.
• 1-3 years of investment or financial operations experience.
• Detail-oriented with a high degree of excellence.
• Customer-focused with strong communication skills.
• Proactive approach to managing multiple priorities.
• Ability to identify and escalate priority issues.
