Overview

Acorns is seeking a Compliance Associate to assist in all aspects of the compliance program across Acorns and its subsidiaries, enhancing the company’s compliance programs and maintaining policies and procedures.

• Assist in compliance program across Acorns and its subsidiaries.

• Analyze regulatory changes and provide risk-based regulatory advice.
• Review Written Supervisory Procedures (WSPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Conduct social media reviews for compliance and brand integrity.
• Support regulatory exams and requests by gathering key data.
• Manage regulatory continuing education requirements.
• Streamline or automate compliance processes.
• Collaborate with Compliance and Legal teams on projects.
• Participate in goal-setting and performance check-ins.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience with a financial services company.
• FINRA SIE preferred.
• Associate’s degree.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to evaluate risk and make impactful decisions.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working independently and in a team environment.
• Thirst for delivering game-changing products.
