• Manage KYC/AML Compliance processes.
• Conduct KYB (Know Your Business) checks.
• Monitor transactions for suspicious activity.
• Assist in BSA audits and reporting.
• Enhance compliance policies and procedures.
• Manage vendor relationships for compliance.
• Track licensing compliance and registrations.
• Review marketing materials for compliance.
• Manage escalated customer complaints.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years in Compliance or Operations at a regulated financial institution or FinTech.
• Experience in BSA/AML compliance.
• Knowledge of licensing and registration requirements.
• Familiarity with Banking and Securities regulations.
• Experience with Thomson Reuters CLEAR and Plaid.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Understanding of various financial products.
