Area Business Director - East - Remote

Overview

As the Area Business Director, you will play a pivotal role in the successful launch of our innovative new diabetes pump, leading a team of 9 Regional Business Leaders and driving field sales strategies to achieve sales targets.

In Short

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the diabetes pump.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Regional Business Leaders.
• Oversee regional implementation of the product launch plan.
• Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
• Foster relationships with healthcare professionals and influencers.
• Collaborate with the Executive Director on sales forecasts and budgets.
• Implement training programs for the sales team.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales strategies.
• Provide field support and travel as necessary within the territory.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Proven success in medical device sales and sales leadership.
• Experience launching and promoting products in the diabetes space.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in coaching and performance management.
• Ability to develop strategic business plans.
• Demonstrated relationships with Endocrinologists preferred.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel within the defined territory.
