Business Affairs Director - Remote

Overview

Trailer Park Group is currently seeking an experienced Business Affairs Director with a deep understanding of global entertainment marketing, multi-organization deal structures, and agency operations. This role will oversee contract negotiations, risk management, intellectual property rights, and compliance across multiple regions. The ideal candidate has a strong background in entertainment law, agency-client agreements, talent and brand partnerships, and production-related business affairs.

• Negotiate and draft agreements for global marketing campaigns and partnerships.
• Oversee talent agreements and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
• Identify and mitigate legal, financial, and operational risks.
• Develop best practices for multi-regional contracts and licensing.
• Work closely with internal teams to support business objectives.
• Advise on deal structures and financial implications of campaigns.
• Provide guidance on emerging issues in digital content and AI.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration across various teams.
• Ensure adherence to advertising laws and union regulations.
• Manage complex global relationships across multiple time zones.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in business affairs or contract management.
• Strong understanding of intellectual property and talent contracts.
• Experience with union regulations and brand integration deals.
• Exceptional negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced agency environment.
