Overview

Abilitie is looking for a dynamic and team-oriented Client Business Director to own the customer experience of Abilitie’s flagship learning experiences that are delivered to Fortune 500 clients in the UK and Europe.

In Short

  • Oversee a portfolio of assigned customers.
  • Drive client retention and grow business within each client account.
  • Manage complex global leadership development programs.
  • Provide thought leadership around creating effective leadership programs.
  • Perform diverse support for leadership programs.
  • Interface with senior-level clients.
  • Work on special projects and assist with marketing activities.
  • Navigate existing processes to identify solutions.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Leadership Development or Learning & Development.
  • 2+ years of client-facing experience.
  • 1+ years of account management and sales experience.
  • Strong written and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional presence while dealing with diverse personalities.
  • Independent decision maker.
  • Openness to technology.
  • Ideally have a Bachelor’s degree.
