Requirements

• Paralegal certificate or relevant academic work; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience as a paralegal with corporate contract experience.
• Strong understanding of contract structure and legal terms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Experience working as an independent contractor or in a remote environment is a plus.
