Freelance Strategy Director - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a social-first Freelance Strategy Director for a 3+ month, full-time assignment beginning in December 2025/January 2026. In this role, you will dive into clients’ businesses, understanding their marketing challenges and proposing solutions while helping lead our team of integrated gaming marketing experts.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in social-forward and integrated marketing at a creative agency preferred
• Hands-on experience leading strategy and insights for creative campaigns
• Deep understanding of digital strategy, social media, research, and emerging technology
• Passionate about gaming culture, streaming, eSports, and marketing
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
