Overview

As an Inside Sales Specialist at Colibri, you will engage with prospective and existing customers, guiding them through the buying process and supporting customer retention.

Requirements

  • At least one year of experience in inside sales or customer engagement.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales goals.
  • Experience in managing objections and retaining customers.
  • Ability to identify customer needs and tailor conversations.
  • Comfort with Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organization and time management skills.
  • Resilience and adaptability to feedback and change.
