Overview

The Project Coordinator plays a critical role in driving the successful delivery of content production initiatives. This role ensures projects are clearly scoped, aligned to requirements, and executed on time through strong coordination, structured workflows, and proactive risk management.

In Short

• Partner with Content Strategists to intake project requirements.
• Define and document deliverables, assumptions, and acceptance criteria.
• Build and manage detailed project plans with clear milestones.
• Enforce stage gates to ensure structured project progress.
• Maintain accurate, real-time project tracking in Monday.com.
• Proactively identify and escalate blockers and risks.
• Collaborate with the Talent & Resource Manager to secure resources.
• Ensure consistent use of templates and documentation standards.
• Identify recurring bottlenecks for continuous process improvement.
• Support SOW development by ensuring deliverables are trackable.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of project coordination experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience using project management tools (Monday.com preferred).
• Knowledge of project management practices.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder alignment.
• Experience coordinating with external vendors.
• Comfort using AI tools for coordination tasks.
