Overview

The Client Engagement Account Coordinator is responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring effective delivery of pharmacy benefit services, including RFP processes and auditing.

In Short

  • Manage onboarding of new clients and ensure accurate setup.
  • Coordinate RFP and market-check processes for assigned accounts.
  • Assist with auditing processes and create necessary documentation.
  • Support analytic reporting and peer review of data.
  • Manage day-to-day client relationships to ensure retention.
  • Assist with issue escalation and resolution.
  • Create and distribute client communications.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams and clients.
  • Adapt to changes and manage competing demands effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Healthcare related field.
  • 2+ years of relevant Pharmacy Benefit consulting experience.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
  • Knowledge of Pharmacy and Medical data preferred.
  • Strong experience in MS Office and/or MS Excel.
  • Experience with Tableau is a plus.
