Overview

The Client Engagement Coordinator will serve as the primary point of contact for customers during the pre-trial phase of the Lingraphica At-Home AAC device trial, educating caregivers and clinicians on the benefits of Lingraphica’s offerings.

In Short

  • Guide prospects and customers to products based on their communication needs.
  • Engage through calls, emails, and online chat.
  • Provide comprehensive AAC device demos.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience aligned with company values.
  • Adapt interactions based on customer needs.
  • Contribute to consumer intake goals.
  • Coordinate trial calls with clients.
  • Screen clients for trial appropriateness.
  • Confirm accuracy of client information.
  • Utilize HubSpot for data trends and recommendations.

Requirements

  • Ability to engage customers with personalized solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach.
  • Strong time management and multitasking skills.
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
  • Problem-solving skills for the consumer trial process.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Communication Sciences or related field preferred.
  • 2 years of customer service experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
