Overview

The Employer Engagement Coordinator will lead initiatives to enhance partnerships with employers and support job seekers, while ensuring exceptional customer service and effective communication.

Requirements

• Experience in workforce development and employer engagement
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills
• Strong verbal communication and presentation skills
• Proven event management experience
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Knowledge of local labor market trends
• Bilingual in English and French preferred
• Results-driven with problem-solving skills
