Millennium Health LLC is an accredited specialty laboratory with over a decade of experience in medication monitoring and drug testing services, helping clinicians track the use and misuse of prescription medications and illicit substances. Healthcare professionals use the testing to obtain objective information about patients’ recent use of prescription medications and/or illicit drugs and helps monitor the effectiveness of treatment plans.

In Short

• Serve as a strategic advisor to the field team, aligning HR strategies with business objectives.
• Lead and advise on complex employee relations matters, including investigations and conflict resolution.
• Drive workforce planning and organizational development initiatives.
• Analyze HR metrics and trends to develop recommendations.
• Support change management initiatives related to business transformation.
• Ensure adherence to federal and state labor laws and internal policies.
• Maintain a proactive approach to risk management and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure adherence to HIPAA, Confidentiality, and Compliance standards.
• Ensure cybersecurity controls are maintained.

Requirements
