Overview

This role provides effective team member relations and other People & Culture (P&C) services to designated departments, leading performance improvement and corrective action processes while maintaining UMAE’s culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Four years of experience in Human Resources
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a diverse environment
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Knowledge of HR handbooks and policies
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Knowledge of compliance regulations
• Proficiency with MS Office and project management tools
