Overview

The Field Service Manager at Millennium Health LLC will oversee the management and mentoring of Laboratory Service Assistants, ensuring effective communication and customer satisfaction in medication monitoring and drug testing services.

• Manage and mentor field-based Laboratory Service Assistants (LSAs).
• Facilitate communication between LSAs, sales, and corporate office.
• Develop relationships with internal and external customers.
• Provide feedback related to account activity and service-level issues.
• Collaborate with Sales team on market intelligence.
• Conduct one-on-one meetings with LSAs for training and support.
• Audit quality of work through ride-alongs.
• Create analysis and audit reports for the Field Services Program.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other regulations.
• Support growth and development of LSA staff.
