Overview

The Customer Service Coordinator (CSC) is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the Customer Service department by providing essential clerical and administrative support.

In Short

  • Assist the Customer Service Leadership team and staff with various administrative and clerical duties.
  • Responsible for electronically filing documents on customer and patient accounts.
  • Monitor and distribute incoming department cases, faxes, voicemails, and emails.
  • Access, enter, and update customer account information in Laboratory Information System and CRM.
  • Process UPS and FedEx pick-up requests and customer supply orders.
  • Facilitate the company’s monthly Order Entry Verification process.
  • Ensure adherence to all HIPAA, Confidentiality, and Compliance policies.
  • Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
  • Other duties and special projects as assigned.

  • Ability to ensure HIPAA, Confidentiality, and Compliance policies are always adhered to.
  • Ability to ensure administrative, physical, and technical cybersecurity controls are always adhered to.
