In Short

  • Handle all incoming calls, emails, and chats for customers travelling within European territories.
  • Deal with customer queries and complaints.
  • Check itineraries for feasibility.
  • Conduct regular service quality checks.

  • Work on shift hours including nights and weekends.
  • Act as an emergency response team for unexpected situations.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years’ experience in customer service or travel industry.
  • Understanding of the travel industry market and culture.
  • Business level English is essential.
  • Additional languages are desirable.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Computer literacy with Microsoft Office.
