MICE Project Manager - Remote

Overview

We are currently recruiting in KuoniTumlare Meetings & Events division a Project Manager M&E with previous experience within the MICE industry to join our passionate team.

In Short

• Create, plan and deliver large-scale events for a variety of foreign clients
• Proposal creation and pitch, when required
• Full logistics including accommodation bookings and all land arrangements
• Supplier management prior, during and after the event
• Negotiating with third parties to maximize value creation
• Client and account management to ensure repeat business
• Onsite management of the event
• Budget management and post event reconciliation
• Reporting to various stakeholders

Requirements

• Previous experience in the MICE industry
• Experience in event agency or DMC
• Ability to manage the full scope of events
• Strong negotiation skills
• Excellent client management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Creative problem-solving skills
