Overview

As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring our attendees have exceptional experiences. This remote position offers the flexibility of working from home while requiring on-site presence at select events throughout the year.

In Short

  • Deliver outstanding service via email and in-person interactions.
  • Be prepared to travel to events and provide on-site customer service.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Marketing Departments.
  • Provide solutions and alternatives within time limits.
  • Manage a large volume of incoming emails.
  • Assist with ticket orders, refunds, and upgrades.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Compile reports on customer satisfaction and ticketing.
  • Support the RFID badge ordering process.
  • Contribute to the improvement of the FAN EXPO experience.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer service role.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Willingness to travel to events.
  • Proficient in customer service software like Zendesk.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Located in the United States.
