Overview

The Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for monitoring calls and conducting quality assurance audits to ensure alignment with program guidelines and standards, ultimately enhancing the customer experience.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2 years of experience in a Customer Care Center.
  • Associate's Degree in a relevant field preferred.
  • Strong computer skills are essential.
  • Excellent communication skills are necessary.
