Overview

WinnCompanies is searching for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. In this remote role, you will be responsible for receiving and recording maintenance service requests for military residents via phone calls and online tickets.

In Short

  • Provide excellent customer service to residents and team members.
  • Receive emergency and non-emergency service requests.
  • Handle calls, troubleshooting and scheduling service requests.
  • Identify and escalate repeat or outstanding requests.
  • Prioritize calls based on urgency.
  • Create and dispatch work orders.
  • Monitor voicemails and return calls promptly.
  • Handle customer questions regarding service requests.
  • Dispatch pest control work orders.
  • Provide scheduling support for the Deployed Spouses Program.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • High Speed internet and a quiet work environment.
  • Superb attention to detail and effective time management skills.
  • Ability to make decisions and solve problems.
  • Ability to adapt and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
