Requirements

• Associate's Degree with 12+ years of experience or Bachelor's Degree with 9+ years’ experience.
• 3+ years’ experience in people management.
• Working knowledge of Field Customer Support and Service Contracting.
• Understanding of customer satisfaction methodologies.
• Knowledge of diagnostic analyzers and U.S. healthcare legislation.
