Overview

The Field Service Staff Manager will oversee the management of Field Services staff in the NY, NJ, and MA territories, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction while maintaining safety and compliance standards.

In Short

  • Manage Field Service Technicians and Work Preparators in NY/NJ and MA.
  • Ensure quality execution of customer contractual obligations.
  • Collaborate in strategic planning for the service region.
  • Ensure compliance with safety guidelines.
  • Support Service Sales Manager by developing standardized processes.
  • Collect feedback to improve service reputation.
  • Work closely with Service Area Managers for customer satisfaction.
  • Optimize service call costs and fulfill service contracts.
  • Handle escalations of complex technical issues.
  • Review technician time cards and ensure timely job closures.

Requirements

  • Experience in electrical and/or mechanical fields, preferably in energy sector.
  • Completed technical or electrical vocational training.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • High flexibility and resilience.
  • Ability to motivate employees.
  • Process analysis and optimization skills.
  • Customer orientation and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Oracle and Microsoft applications.
  • Willingness to travel.
