IT Cloud & Hosting Administrator - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled IT Cloud & Hosting Administrator to design, build, and maintain operating system images and application packages for enterprise desktops, laptops, and virtual endpoints. This role ensures consistent, secure, and automated deployment processes across the organization using modern device management platforms like Microsoft Intune, MECM (SCCM), and Autopilot.

• Ensure compliance with security policies and software licensing.
• Collaborate with Service Desk and Security teams for support.
• Perform UAT with business users and document activities.
• Support new hardware integration into standard image processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience with OS imaging and application packaging.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Autopilot, and Active Directory.
• Proficient in PowerShell scripting.
• Familiar with application packaging tools.
• Solid understanding of Windows OS internals.
• Experience in enterprise environments with large-scale deployments.
