In Short

• Handle end user support issues on Mac, Google Workspace, Slack, Okta and other company systems
• Assist with onboarding, offboarding, role changes and other business processes
• Manage the Denver office's Video Conferencing Systems and other technology needs
• Be onsite for events to provide IT Support ~1/month
• Tier 1 IT Support for the Mountain timezone, averaging 4 hours per day
• 16% of nights and weekend on-call for rare urgent issues
• Perform configuration changes on key systems Jamf, Okta and Google Workspace
• Identify areas for improvement and automation
• Help with OS and Application Updates, Onboarding, Offboarding and other routine procedures
• Join a team of IT professionals to support a growing organization

Requirements

• Lives near the Denver office <1hour commute to reach office in emergencies
• Experience working with Apple Macs, hardware, performance, application troubleshooting
• Admin Experience with Jamf, Okta, Google workspace (two out of three)
• Patient and empathetic with helping people that are new to macs and not very computer experienced
• Basic scripting experience Bash, Python
• Github Fluency
• Experience with office management, working with video conferencing equipment
• Has supported Executives, doing “White Glove” Support
• Zendesk/Jira ticket system experience
• Working with PHI or in a HIPAA regulated company
