Regional Field Service Manager - Remote

Overview

Sunnova Energy is searching for a Regional Field Service Manager for our Maintenance and Service group. The primary responsibility is to lead the Operation and Maintenance (O&M) activities in a specific territory to maintain the performance of the solar systems, track contractual obligation conformance, provide excellent customer service, ensure a smooth workflow, and optimally performing solar systems.

• Manage team field service supervisors and foremen.
• Create and execute strategies for service level targets.
• Lead coordination of field activities for system servicing.
• Accountable for work order KPIs.
• Communicate opportunities for process improvements.
• Manage inventory for the designated region.
• Responsible for service order completion strategy.
• Improve customer satisfaction with field service.
• Remote position with 10% estimated travel time.
• Driving required for the role.

Requirements

• High School Diploma (or GED).
• Electrical Training.
• Master Electrician License in state of residency.
• 10 - 15+ years’ related experience.
• 8 - 10+ years’ management experience.
• Current valid Driver’s license.
• Bilingual – English and Spanish.
