Systems Engineer - Microsoft - Remote

Overview

Sunnova Energy is currently searching for a Systems Engineer-Microsoft, responsible for ensuring effective computer operations so that end users can accomplish organizational tasks. This role provides technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, hardware, cyber defenses, cyber monitoring and event logging.

In Short

• Works in a close-knit team to update systems/platforms.
• Performs regular log reviews and escalates security needs.
• Internal and customer-facing role, assisting with problem-solving.
• Installs and manages computer hardware and software.
• Assists in managing user accounts across various systems.
• Responds to case escalations and converts them into change management.
• Makes recommendations for new procedures and tools.
• Runs diagnostic programs to resolve problems.
• Monitors licensing utilization and hardware inventory.
• Participates in scheduled audit tasks and change management.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive Systems/IT support roles.
• 2+ years of experience with SharePoint.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver superior customer service.
• Experience with PC imaging via MS Intune.
• Experience with AWS IAM, Microsoft Azure, and Microsoft 365.
• Experience troubleshooting desktops and office peripherals.
