Systems Engineer - Remote

Overview

As a Systems Engineer at Rithum, you will work closely with business stakeholders and IT team members to enhance technology and internal processes, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and security requirements.

In Short

• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications.
• Support end-users and manage escalations.
• Evaluate and manage IT vendor relationships.
• Write and maintain scripts for process improvement.
• Participate in on-call rotation for critical incidents.
• Design and maintain system monitoring and policies.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in an enterprise environment.
• Experience with Windows, MacOS, and Linux.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of Identity Lifecycle Management systems.
• Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with automation tools like Puppet and Ansible.
• Proficiency in scripting languages like PowerShell and Python.
• Experience with cloud services such as AWS or Azure.
• Strong critical thinking and ethical responsibility.
• Ability to learn new technologies continuously.
