Sr. Regional Service Manager - Remote

Overview

This individual will lead a team of Regional Service Managers focused on supporting customers’ need for service, while also supporting and coordinating activities with the U.S. sales teams.

• Manage a team of Regional Service Managers overseeing Field Service Technicians and Engineers.
• Drive understanding of Reliability Services and Packaging Plus offerings.
• Develop and implement action plans for proactive service offerings.

• Increase revenue through quality service calls and maintenance agreements.

• Foster relationships with key customers to establish trust.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering or related field preferred.
• At least 10 years in a technical role, with 5 years in a manager position.
• Proficient in MS Office.
