Senior IT Network Administrator - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Network Administrator Senior with deep expertise in Cisco networking technologies. This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our enterprise network infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and performance across LAN, WAN, and cloud-connected environments.

• Implement and manage routing protocols and Layer 2 technologies.
• Configure and manage Cisco security appliances.
• Act as a Tier 3 escalation point for complex network incidents.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers.
• Create and maintain network documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP).
• 5+ years of experience in enterprise networking.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Deep knowledge of TCP/IP, VPNs, and high availability protocols.
• Familiar with Cisco DNA Center and SD-WAN solutions.
• Experience with network automation tools and scripting (Python, Ansible).
• Familiarity with monitoring tools and packet analyzers.
