In Short

  • You act as the central contact person between DATAGROUP and your assigned customer base.
  • You are responsible for ensuring compliance with the agreed service promises to your customers.
  • You accompany the bidding process, through project phases to operational services, coordinating service delivery for customers and managing the involved internal and external units.
  • You analyze customer needs, develop and validate technical solutions, and design these in offers.
  • You monitor, manage, and coordinate the contractually agreed service level agreements, define and optimize ITIL processes, and align these with customers.
  • You manage the escalation process for the services you are responsible for.
  • You ensure economic goals, including monitoring KPIs and continuously implementing measures to increase efficiency.

Requirements

  • You have a successfully completed degree in business administration or business informatics or a comparable qualification.
  • You have several years of professional experience in the described area of responsibility.
  • You possess a very good overall understanding of IT services, ideally have an ITIL certification, and experience in independent customer care.
  • You have a willingness to travel about four times a month mainly to the Rhine/Main region (Düsseldorf) and Oberursel.
  • You are rhetorically skilled and have a confident demeanor even at the management level.
  • Your German and English skills are very good.
