Service Manager - Remote

Overview

The Service Manager will oversee the administrative support functions within the borough office, ensuring effective communication and implementation of borough program goals while providing high-level administrative support.

• Oversee administrative support functions in the borough office.
• Implement borough program goals and ensure staff adherence.
• Communicate potential issues to the Borough Director.
• Identify areas for improvement and assist in development of recommendations.
• Supervise area’s supervisors and ensure cross-training.
• Provide immediate and hands-on customer service.
• Manage unit’s administrative resources based on service level needs.
• Prepare and utilize analytical reports.
• Assist in coordination of implementation efforts.
• Perform data entry transactions in relevant databases.

Requirements

• Baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university.
• Four years of satisfactory, full-time community relations experience.
• At least two years in a broad administrative or policy-making capacity.
• High school diploma or equivalent with eight years of relevant experience.
• Education and/or experience equivalent to the above.
