As a Service Manager at i3D.net, you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers around the world, focusing on improving service quality and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in administration, management, IT, or related field.
  • At least 3 years in service management or similar role.
  • Experience with large, high-value customers.
  • Knowledge of ITIL principles.
  • Basic understanding of cloud services and networking.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.
  • Customer-focused with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
  • Willingness to travel bi-monthly to European clients.
