Overview

As the People Operations Manager, you’ll lead our People Operations team, ensuring the smooth flow of everything people-related, from payroll to benefits to employee lifecycle management. You’ll be the go-to person for transforming big-picture People strategies into actionable steps that keep things running efficiently across multiple countries.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in HR/People roles.
• Strong experience in HR operations, especially payroll and benefits.
• Experience in fast-paced, evolving environments.
• Comfortable working with global teams.
• Resourceful and a problem solver.
• Combination of operational experience and strategic thinking.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
• Familiarity with EU employment laws is beneficial.
• Hybrid role with some onsite work in Rotterdam.
